The Covid 19 pandemic, the financial crisis of 2008, rising energy prices and the recent trade wars demonstrates the relationship between trade, finance, international institutions, and the complexities that business and governments face in coping with the problems generated by interdependence.
All too often, leaders fail to grasp or explain the fundamentals of business finance, moreover the internal and external economic environment. This module will build viable economics and financial toolbox vocabulary, equipping the leader to manage resources that ensures the success of the company. The leader will execute the elements of the internal and external business environmental analyses that determine the conditions for development of strategy and resource allocation.
